Leading Gas Monitoring Solutions of the Future
The detection and monitoring of potentially hazardous gases is of utmost importance to ensure a healthy and safe environment for users. In addition to our existing inline gas measurements and analyses, we are pleased to announce a partnership with ATi. This collaboration strengthens our capabilities in gas measurement.
ATi guarantees a wide range of gas monitoring solutions. They continue to lead the way in developing reliable, cutting-edge systems for markets such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, industry, and utility companies. Various setups are available: from portable, handheld devices to custom-made, smart, multi-gas fixed detection systems. ATEX versions are among the options.
You can monitor over 60 different gases, which enables you to easily demonstrate effectiveness and ensure a safe and healthy environment. Examples include ammonia, chlorine, oxygen, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, CO2, methane, and other hydrocarbons. ATi’s gas detectors with a groundbreaking AutoTest module are transforming the industry.
Smart sensor technology
Each of ATi's smart sensor modules is a sensor, processor, and memory module in one compact package. Sensor modules can be calibrated independently and easily connected to one of our smart detectors for immediate use. When installed in a gas detector, the calibration data is loaded into the microprocessor, which requires no adjustments. The result is a gas detector that can be used to measure everything in under a minute.
Groundbreaking AutoTest Module
ATi is the only manufacturer in the world that offers the groundbreaking and exclusive AutoTest function. Installed in the F12 and D12 gas detection solutions, the patented design automatically monitors itself daily with self-generated gas, which makes monitoring safer and more reliable - far exceeding all health and safety regulations. This unique feature is designed to detect and monitor potentially hazardous toxic and flammable gas leaks, which provides the safest possible working environment.
Typical applications
- Protecting healthcare environments against peracetic acid fumes.
- Monitoring the toxicity of chlorine gas.
- Hydrogen sulphide monitoring in sewers and wastewater treatment plants.
- Continuous reliable H2S monitoring in humid conditions.
- Monitoring of hydrogen peroxide levels during cleaning and disinfection in healthcare settings.
