The s::can condu::lyser is a measuring probe designed to measure conductivity, temperature and (derived) salinity. It can be used in drinking water, wastewater, ground water and surface water.
The measuring principle is based on a 4-pole electrode to obtain higher accuracy in solutions with higher ionic strength. This sensor also contains a temperature sensor with which the temperature measured can be displayed as a separate parameter.
This sensor remains stable for a long time and does not require any technical maintenance. The cleaning of this sensor is done by means of compressed air. It can be set up in-situ or in a flow cell. The sensor can be easily connected to a terminal according to the “plug & measure” principle. This is because it has already been calibrated after production. The calibration data are stored in the internal memory of the probe and are thus automatically recognised.
- Measuring principle: 4-pole electrode, direct contact.
- Conductivity, temperature, salinity (PSU).
- Automatic cleaning via compressed air.
- Installation: submerged in-situ or in flow cell.
