Viscosity meter - ViscoQC 300 L/R/H

The range of Anton Paar viscosity meters consists of two different types of devices. The more advanced device, the ViscoQC 300, is operated via a 7" touch screen colour display. Thanks to the possibility of multi-point measurements and using data analysis tools, these devices are suitable for both QC and R&D applications. The devices are supplied pre-assembled with their own set of R or L spindles. Due to the standard magnetic coupling, changing the spindles has never been easier. 

There was also a strong focus on the digitalisation of these devices. Using automatic spindle recognition and digital levelling, no more mistakes are made during start-up and measurement. Fast method development is possible with the convenient TruMode feature, which digitally finds the right spindle and speed combination. 

The ViscoQC 300 device has an internal memory that can store up to 999 measurements and methods. This offers the opportunity, in addition to the standard Anton Paar methods, to set up a separate method for each type of product, thus minimising the workload for the lab technician. Exporting data can be done efficiently via a printer system, a USB drive, or the free V-collect software. 

For more challenging research applications, the device can be upgraded with V-curve software. This package gives you the ability to generate and analyse graph data, real-time data processing, as well as the additional functionality of yield stress measurements.

Anton Paar developed the V-comply software package especially for the pharmaceutical industry. This configuration, which falls under 21 CFR part 11 requirements, offers additional possibilities regarding user access and data integrity.
