Preventive maintenance
Every sensor, device or analyser must be maintained in good time. Without proper care, quality, longevity or accuracy will deteriorate. Defects occur more quickly and repair costs increase. Not to mention the consequences for your process, quality or research.
Good warranty
Many devices and analysers for online use, and also in the lab, have components that are subject to wear. Just think of seals, flexible pipes, filters, taps, switches, etc. In the manual you will usually find an overview of when to replace things. For frequent cases, of course, you can do that yourself. For more specialised components, it’s best to call in a specialist. He/she has the right manufacturer’s original components and knows how to do the job best and fastest. And you get the assurance that it’s done right!
Validation – Verification – Calibration
Preventive maintenance is necessary to keep your device working properly. But that’s not all. Very often, devices (of any type) must be validated and verified on the basis of manufacturer guidelines, internal procedures or (international) legislation. Our technicians receive very specific training for this. They use certified calibrators or simulators and certified standards and reagents. Some standards and reagents have a limited shelf life. Our specialists always make sure they use the right products.
Maintenance contract
If you want to be sure that your device, measurement or analyser receives the right maintenance in time, it’s best to choose a maintenance contract. Maintenance is then scheduled in good time and all necessary components are available. This is your best assurance for proper functioning!
