Integration and panel mounting
An online analysis system is more than just a sensor with a measuring transducer or analyser. It is important to take an integrated approach to an analysis project. The sensor or analyser is naturally a very important link in the chain, but there is more to it than just that.
Small operations, big result
A broader view of the entire project leads to better solutions. Think, for example, of a simple flow control that guarantees a continuous flow from the analyser itself, or a pressure measurement that simultaneously provides protection or compensates for the measured value (as with dissolved oxygen measurement). In many cases, a sampling tap for control measurements can be very useful, or a drain to facilitate maintenance.
Make it compact
If you have multiple measurements of the same type, or want to combine different sensors, this can quickly lead to a large footprint. A well-designed solution with mounting on a compact panel or in an analytical cabinet would then be a good solution. We also ensure at the same time that sensors are placed in the right order or, if necessary, in parallel in order to prevent cross-contamination.
Go digital!
Almost all sensors and analysers are intelligent and therefore digital. But not all analysers communicate in the same digital language. In a coherent system, the various signals are transformed into a suitable protocol. Some simpler measurements are still limited to analogue signals. Digitalisation of measured values and status messages provide greater certainty and easier integration into the final production environment.
