Sensor holders or process connections are a very important part of online measurement. They ensure that the sensor can be properly and correctly mounted in the process line or reactor.
The mounting in the process can be a fixed holder mounted on the pipe or tank or a submersible probe suspended in an open basin or installed in the reactor lid.
Different industrial sectors have their typical requirements such as hygienic construction; pressure and temperature resistance; sterilisable, chemical resistance, etc.
Typical connections are:
- Flange (DIN or ANSI)
- Threaded (25mm INGOLD or NPT)
- Varivent
- Triclamp
- Suitable for sensors for:
- pH (also for electrodes with liquid electrolyte)
- Oxygen
- Conductivity
- Turbidity
- CO2
- Versions in metal: SS, Hasteloy, etc.
- Versions in plastic: PP, PVDF, PEEK, etc.
- Mounting on:
- Pipeline
- Bypass
- Tank, reactor
- Open basin, channels, gutters
- Etc.
- Flow-through fittings
