Model TF16 is a high precision dual beam scattered light sensor. This sensor is designed to provide inline control solutions for industrial processes, CIP / SIP sanitary applications under high pressure and high temperature.
High particle concentrations can be measured regardless of colour with the direct light detector. The light scattered at 11 ° by the particles (suspended solids, undissolved liquids, gas bubbles) in the medium is detected by the receiving optics of eight hermetically encapsulated photodiodes allowing the measurement of tiny quantities (0-0.5 ppm).
The special optical window is made of a single sapphire crystal which gives it very high resistance to abrasive and corrosive media. The TF16-N works with a wide variety of conduits and fittings on the production line, in countless environments and easily adapts to stress. High temperature and explosion proof versions are also available.
