Analytical transmitters are the component within a measurement system that communicates displayed measurements to a user or higher level control system. METTLER TOLEDO provides analytical transmitters for a wide range of analytics, including pH/ORP, oxygen, dissolved carbon dioxide and conductivity or resistivity, TOC and ozone.
Our high-performance analytical transmitters offer compatibility with traditional analog sensors and digital sensors with Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM). Up to 4 different analysis sensors can be connected. Next to proven 4-20mA outputs, other digital communication protols such as Hart, Modbus PA, Profibus DP or PA, Profinet and Ethernet I/P are available* (*depending on series and model).
Flexible and consistent platform
The four-channel M800 water transmitter measures conductivity, TOC, pH, DO (amperometric or optical) and dissolved ozone and monitors flow control. Using one platform for multiple parameters reduces training costs and minimizes human error.

Plug and Measure
Sensors can be accurately pre-calibrated in a workshop using our iSense software tool, then stored for later use. When connected to the transmitter, calibration data are automatically uploaded and the system is instantly ready to measure.

The 4-channel M800 water transmitter is a multi-parameter transmitter that allows you to monitor key water or steam cycle analytics. It can be used for pH, TOC, dissolved oxygen, dissolved ozone and conductivity/resistivity measurement.
