With Fuzzy PID control technology and a four-sided heating mechanism, the incubator maintains perfect uniformity. This ensures a temperature fluctuation of only ±0.1 °C and a uniformity of ±0.5 °C (HZP-168) or ±0.3 °C (HFP-80) at 37 °C. The PT100 sensor continuously adjusts within a control range of RT+5 to 105 °C.
If the door is opened for 30 seconds, the temperature recovers to 37 °C in just 5 minutes (HZP-168) or 2.5 minutes (HFP-80). This keeps the impact of temperature fluctuations on your sample to an absolute minimum.
Smart, intuitive operation
A 7-inch touchscreen makes programming and reading intuitive. You can set multiple temperature segments for various test protocols and monitor temperature evolution in real time.
Furthermore, the memory is expandable up to 64GB, sufficient for up to 15 years of data. Via RS485 and USB, you can also effortlessly connect the incubator to your data management system.

Uncompromising safety
An incubator runs day and night, often unsupervised. This why they are equipped with:
- Overtemperature protection (OPT) and overcurrent protection (FU);
- Sensor fault detection, with an independent mechanical temperature limiter as an extra safeguard;
- Alarms for high/low temperature, an open door, and at the end of the programme;
- Compliance with DIN 12880 requirements and EU 3.1 safety level.
