Gram refrigerators come in many shapes and sizes. The smallest have an internal volume of around 100l, while the largest have a capacity of 1200+l. These refrigerators are so much more than your traditional household refrigerators, because thanks to forced cooling, temperature uniformity is ensured.
The refrigerators are divided into a number of models, with each one being slightly safer and more stable than the other. These are, in increasing degrees, the BioBasic, BioCompact, BioCompact II, BioMidi and the BioPlus. All these devices are ATEX certified and can be fully configured according to taste, both inside and outside (from the BioCompact onwards).
