Digital Transformation
Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things
Digitisation is a house with many rooms. It can be about status information of your sensor. Or about notifications when maintenance is due (Predictive Maintenance). For others, it means the digital transmission of data to a central system. Maybe you want to consult all the details of that one important measurement at anytime from anywhere in the world. If you are really into industry 4.0 and IIoT, you want to connect everything to everything. There are no limits to the possibilities!
Our latest generation of measuring converters and analysers are at the forefront of digital transformation.
Your digitisation partner
Whatever digitisation, digital transformation or industry 4.0 means to you: we’re at your side.
Digital sensors
We have been promoting digital sensors and analysers for more than 15 years. We use the two most common systems: Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) and MemoSens. These give you an insight into the state of health of, for example, a pH electrode or a TOC analyser, when and what maintenance is due or when the sensor needs to be calibrated.
Digital integration
Integrating digital sensors with older analogue systems, or Digital Integration. No problem at all! This is more common than you think. Biocontrollers for lab-scale fermenters or pilot plants are typical examples.
Digital communication
In the process industry, HART communication is the most common method of digitally communicating measurement results and sensor information. Followed closely by Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus (DP and PA). Whatever you use, all our measuring systems are compatible with your fieldbus.
Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet, OPC UA, etc. are the latest buzz words in the world of industrial digital communication.
