We repair
We have our own technical service. And what a service! The skilled technicians are all specialists in their areas of specialisation and make sure of professional support. In order to be able to help you in the best possible way, they receive regular training from suppliers and external experts. In the workshop, they repair your device with original components and high-quality materials. If it’s too big or too heavy, the repair will be carried out at your premises.
As good as new
After the repair, the device is tested and checked. This way, you can be sure that everything works again, as it should. If necessary or desired, the device or analyser is recalibrated. Of course with certified standards and according to the customer’s procedures. We can extensively test specific applications in our chemical lab.
Just that little bit more
In case of unexpected defects, we look for the cause. Once we know how the problem arose, we make sure that it doesn’t happen again. If necessary or possible, we will work with you to find a better set-up or different way of working.
