The model 556 / TF56 turbidimeter is a device for accurately determining the turbidity of a product on a production line.
By comparing the scattered light signal at 11° and a compensation channel, the system is not subject to tedious metrological checks. The signal directly measures the turbidity in FTU EBC or PPM (DE). The measurement is not impacted by the colour of the product because the turbidity signal is processed in near infrared.
Typical applications: Leak detection, filter control, turbidity measurement in breweries and sugar manufacturers.
