The uniquely designed ACF60 conductivity probe, with a patented arrangement of a quadrupole aligned around two potentiometric electrodes, enables reliable and precise measurements.
This unique arrangement significantly reduces the sensitivity of the sensor to fouling and polarization. In combination with an Optek C800 or C8000 universal transmitter provides this unique probe provides a large dynamic measurement range: from 0–10 µS / cm to 0–850 mS / cm.
This design is suitable for sterile applications in an FDA-compliant environment (USP VI class). Associated with an Optek flow cell, a regular flow is guaranteed and without notable pressure drop on the production line. This sensor offers a minimal retention volume and minimal hydrostatic shear. Allowing an optimal exploitation in various situations and constraints.
Typical applications: Monitoring of ultrafiltration (permeate and retentate), conductivity measurement in HPLC pre-column, validation of decontamination and cleaning cycles.
