Faster Modular Room
Product types
The Faster Modular Flow Units are industrial vertical laminar flow units. They provide a Class ISO 3 area within your production hall in accordance with ISO standard 14644-1.
The individual modules can be combined to create a small to medium-sized room in which cleanroom conditions prevail. These modules can be placed on legs or castors or suspended from the ceiling. Side walls can be fitted with PVC strips or plexiglass to close off the space.
The constructions are made of AISI 304L stainless steel. The cleanroom gradation can be changed by adding or removing HEPA filters and pre-filters. The motors are controlled by a microprocessor that will compensate the speed as the HEPA filters become saturated.
Modules are available in the following formats (width x depth x height):
- FU 22 BR/SR 680 x 680 x 600 mm
- FU 24 BR/SR 1360 x 680 x 600 mm
- FU 33 BR/SR 1000 x 1000 x 600 mm
- FU 34 BR/SR 1360 x 1000 x 600 mm
