S::CAN’s oxi::lyser measures the concentration of dissolved oxygen using optical fluorescence. It can be used in surface water, groundwater, drinking water and wastewater.
This sensor remains stable for a long time, so that regular recalibration is not necessary. In addition, it is highly resistant to any contamination, which means that it does not affect the measurement accuracy. By cleaning with compressed air, the sensor has a minimal need for maintenance. This sensor also contains a temperature sensor. The temperature measured can be displayed separately.
The cleaning of this sensor is done by means of compressed air. It can be set up in-situ or in a flow cell. The sensor can be easily connected to a terminal according to the “plug & measure” principle. This is because it has already been calibrated after production. The calibration data are stored in the internal memory of the probe and are thus automatically recognised.
