Precise Detection of Contaminants
The DCC1000e is a degassed cation conductivity system that provides ASTM D4519-compliant conductivity measurements for cycle chemistry monitoring. It ensures water purity with precise detection of corrosive contaminants.
Faster Plant Startup
Accelerate plant cycling by removing CO2 from the sample stream to provide a clear indication that water chemistry limits are within target values.
Easy Monitoring of Sample Conditions
The DCC1000e uses a single-screen display that includes conductivity values, the calculated pH, the calculated CO2, temperature and trend graphs.
Understand Plant Conditions
Using Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology, the DCC1000e provides diagnostics and condition information to help avoid unplanned shutdowns.
Reliable, Accurate Digital Measurements
UniCond digital conductivity sensors in the DCC1000e deliver consistent, reliable measurements. Accuracy is achieved via simultaneous calibration of the cell constant and an internal temperature element and measuring circuit stored in the on-board memory.
Clearly Displayed Measurement Results
The built-in M800 transmitter provides flexible display options for multiple parameters (both measured and calculated). A single screen displays all parameters (conductivity, calculated pH, calculated CO2, temp, etc.) as well as important trend graphs.
Efficient Cation Exchange
The ASTM D4519-compliant cation resin cartridge has a small diameter that allows ion exchange kinetics to achieve lower, more accurate readings than larger cartridges that leach. This enables faster plant startups and meets turbine warranty requirements.
Diagnostics Reduce Unplanned Downtime
The DCC1000e offers predictive diagnostics provided by ISM technology to manage sensor calibration data and help prevent downtime. The deionization capacity monitoring tool predicts when deionization resin will deplete, thus ensuring better process reliability.
