Aquarama Trade Fair 2026
On 29 October the Aquarama trade fair, the only networking event on water technology and treatment in Belgium, takes place. The congress offers interesting lectures dealing with hot items in the water sector.
Come and visit us at booth 27 and discover solutions for environmental monitoring and our water technology and treatment products.

FilterSmart by ATi
Are you still backwashing your sand filters on a fixed schedule or based on flow rate? If so, you often wash longer than necessary, which leads to unnecessary water consumption and higher energy costs. With the ATi FilterSmart, you control the backwash based on the actual filter condition. A level sensor measures the expansion of the filter bed, while a turbidity sensor tracks turbidity in real time. This gives you insight into your filter bed's performance during every backwash cycle.
The backwash stops automatically as soon as water quality returns to the right level, typically between 5 and 10 NTU. That means less wash water, shorter backwash times and longer filter runs. You also spot abnormal behaviour and filter media problems more quickly.
Want to know how FilterSmart fits into your installation? Visit our stand at Aquarama and we'll be glad to explain.

Biosensor NODE by Ijinus
Water quality is under growing pressure. Strict standards, the risk of toxic discharges and the need for stable biological treatment all call for fast, reliable monitoring. The Biosensor NODE from Ijinus measures microbial activity in real time, in both wastewater and surface water. This lets you see variations in organic load, toxic substances and other contaminants as they happen and exactly where they happen.
As a result, you detect pollution early and protect the bacteria in your treatment process against harmful substances. The sensor is ideal for influent monitoring at the WWTP inlet, and just as useful on vulnerable watercourses or in agricultural areas. You can also combine it with parameters such as pH, DO and flow rate.
At Aquarama, we'll be happy to tell you what the Biosensor NODE could mean for your application. Be sure to drop by our stand.
