The YSI 6950 profiler or vertical profiling system enables automatic profiling of the water column of lakes, water reservoirs and coastal areas. The profiler allows different parameters to be measured throughout the water column and the user can set the measuring intervals themself.
The YSI 6950 is compatible with all YSI EXO probes. Data communication can be done via direct connection or wirelessly. The vertical profiler can be installed on the wall of a dam, pile, pier and buoy or other floating platform.
