There’s a first time for everything. Even for your new analyser, measuring device or laboratory equipment. Of course, everything is clearly explained in the manual, but with a specialist at your side, it all goes a lot smoother.
Preparing in advance
Congratulations on your new acquisition! You want to install and use your analyser or device as soon as possible. Logical. And you want the best results, of course. That’s why it’s best to read the installation guidelines or contact our specialists. Good preparation is half the battle. The positioning of a sensor, analyser or device contributes to its proper functioning and accuracy. During a site visit, you and our application specialist determine the best set-up. She or he will also tell you what you need to make everything work, such as compressed air, rinse water, reagents, etc. and what requirements they have to meet. You’re assured of getting some free practical advice as well.
Setting and adjustment
Once everything is installed, various parameters have to be set. For this, it is best to call on Elscolab's expertise and experience again. Our specialists go over all electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic connections. They know the operating software like the back of their hand, walk through the menu and set everything correctly. All valves are still precisely adjusted. If necessary, another calibration is carried out. Then you can be sure that everything’s in order and you can expect the best possible results. You and your device are now ready for the real work!
Hands-on advice
For our people, the work’s not over yet. With great pleasure and dedication, they explain how everything works, how best to operate the device and what to look out for.
